I honestly feel bad for all those teams out there that open matches with a death grip blade storm in the first two seconds to get cheap Cabal Online Alz. If they have not faced any wizard cleaves yet post-patch, they will really be in for it come season seven. The biggest question is of course; will Blizzard keep the tournament realm running after Blizzcon? Without the tournament realm it would be much more difficult to arrange this. Spoh is also undecided on whether players are allowed to re-spec/re-gem/re-gear for specific match-ups.
That is twice the chance, according to my math, or to be more scientific, casting other spells will still grant you the 20% proc chance. Which of course begs the question: why would you cast anything else? You would not, that is the answer.
