We were told that the resources would be low-demand materials that, while not particularly valuable, would be a pain for high-level players to farm Aion Gold. On the topic of the windstreams, the function was pretty straightforward: Its going to help players get through the world faster. After entering a windstream, you will be swept along its path a la your standard MMO gryphon ride fast-travel. Unlike those, however, players will be able to jump out and glide elsewhere at will. Its going to help players get to areas that, without it, wouldnt be accessible. This, along with the addition of many more geysers, will allow players to discover little Easter eggs hidden throughout the game world by the developers.
