Questions about Cataclysm Fre...
I have heard that Deepholme will have an area that has portals to every major city in the game. I do not have any further details and I cannot confirm this 100% yet. I am sure it wont be a capital city though, 2moons dil is just there for convenience. So far, everything points to no for full-scale massive racial capital cities. The Gilneas would-be capital city is a battleground, and Greymane City is little more than a town. The worgen have a district in Stormwind. The goblins have crashed onto the Island, and again they havent had neither the time nor the resources to make a capital city. Just buy 2moons dil. The goblins have a district in Orgrimmar. The gnomes might be taking back Gnomeregan, but I am not convinced it will be a full-fledged Capital city. The trolls might be doing the same with the echo Islands.
The real reason that new capital cities arent likely, however, is because whether we want to accept it or not, they are mostly wasted resources and effort. Look at the Exodar, its barely ever visited. Can you imagine how little Gnome Regan or Echo Islands would be visited? This is the simple but sad truth of things but fear not! cheap 2moons dil are still a very good thing! And I certainly could be wrong; this is mostly educated guesses and speculation at this point.
