Rogues guide in Atlantica
A worthless tier 1 talent made into tier 4 and sat there for months and months! About time! 10% melee haste and 6% dodge for 3 points makes it one of the best talents in the tree to get Atlantica Gold. Coupled with 6% parry; we are talking about 40% passive frontal avoidance once you combine it with 22% base dodge and 5% base parry. Throw in 30% damage reduction when stunned or feared, we should be looking a lot better survivability wise.
Adrenaline rush cool down reduced. I fully expect this to be a 3 minute cool down, with glyph cutting it into 2. It is not quite like double AR of good old days, but unlike the TBC AR or prep, you now have relentless strikes, combat potency and vitality (and25% energy regeneration) all in one spec about Atlantica online Gold. Even without AR up, you should have more than enough energy to spam ss or hem nontostop (even if they are not all that damaging nowadays). And you have surprise attacks vs. evasion or nerves of steel vs CS or KS to gain a huge edge over other rogues.
