It sometimes amazes me that people do not know simple aspects of the game. Here is literally how an arena. Of course, there really is not much that can impress most people in this game anymore people have earned 3000 Maple Story mesos. 1 arena titles across 4 seasons of arena, world first raid boss kills on what was deemed mathematically impossible, players reaching the gold cap, and even more recently, some nerd earning over 10,000 achievement points. However, I was given the opportunity to present to everyone what I found truly remarkable and also something I had never seen done before: a brother and sister duo that earned gladiator together.
The game is highly accessible, with a solid tutorial, a gentle learning curve, easily understood systems for attributes and advancement, and undemanding hardware requirements. The art direction is charmingly familiar, with a large, colorful, platform-style world containing varied locations to explore plus a diverse range of monsters to fight. There are lots of quest, which allow for a continuous sense of direction and purpose, and helps to support short play sessions. The four base character classes, called jobs, are Warrior, Magician, Bowman and Thief. They reflect the most popular play styles.
